[c-nsp] 7513 boot problem

Hi all,

I am hoping someone has a quick fix for this one.  When I reload my 7513 I
get errors on the reboot, but it seems to correct itself.   Anyone know how
I can fix these errors and decrease the amount of time it takes to reload?

The router has 2 FEIP2 cards in slots 3 and 4, 2 rsp4's in slots 6 and 7.
