GLBP - Gateway Load Balancing Protocol

It only does per-MAC load balancing. e.g. One MAC goes to one router,
one MAC goes to the other. I found it to be rather useless, since I
usually have /29s between customers and they have one active router on
their side. However, if you've got a LAN with lots of hosts on it, it
may prove useful.
