[c-nsp] "HSRP with load balancing" - lost acronym

It is really designed for redundancy at the access layer.
You get both links utilised, without having to configure multiple HSRP
groups and configure clients to use one or the other HSRP ip address.
Like David said, more useful for hosts in the LAN.
