[c-nsp] SNMP Uptime

Looking for a better OID than sysUptime for Cisco devices to report
uptime.  sysUptime is a 32bit counter and rolls every ~497 days which
makes reporting interesting when you are telling people stuff rebooted
when in fact its still very much up.

I can script a solution using Telnet/SSH to get to the devices and
grep on 'show ver' but CLI scripts = Slow when devices > 1000

Thoughts?
