I regularily see up to 300 Mbit/s on our 7301, with about 25% CPU load.

This is sort of "best case" traffic - audio streaming with average
packet size of about 1300 bytes, and very long-lasting flow, thus little
churn in the flow-cache.  But still quite nice.
