We have seen our 7301's handle 800 Mbits/s at 60% CPU.  As with Gert's 
traffic that's pretty much "best case" traffic running at around 90 
kpps.  They break 500 Mbits/s every day without an issue.  Thats IPv4, 
OSPF, BGP (100k prefixes), 12.2S.  Damn nice box for a single RU.
