[c-nsp] DHCP relay question

On our 4908G-L3's we needed to make sure the following global config
statements were enabled as well as helper-address per
subinterface/svi:
ip forward-protocol udp bootpc (this should be the default, but who knows)
ip bootp server (router needs to be running a bootp proxy to forward requests)
Make sure your ACLs permit DHCP requests also:
permit udp any range bootps bootpc host 255.255.255.255 range bootps bootpc
