All 12.0S releases shipping today don't support named ACLs in the forwarding path w/ dCEF, so if you use a named ACL, the packets are punted to the RSP for central CEF forwarding.

This restriction does not apply to 12.2 and later releases, and named ACLs used in the control plane (i.e. for instance within route filters/maps) work just fine in 12.0S.
