[c-nsp] OSPF on FastEthernet problem

Hello,

 

I had an unusual problem on a Cisco 7206VXR (running c7200-p-mz.122-13): all
OSPF adjacencies on .1Q subinterfaces of its Fa0/0 were down.

 

In an attempt to restart OSPF, I moved one subinterface to passive (then
back to active), and this has fixed the problem.

 

However, I would like to understand what went bad - can somebody explain the
logs below?
