[c-nsp] Another Fast reroute question.

Hi,
 
Does Cisco support the following features on any of its routers? I am interested to know from an interoperability point of view. I am not able to find this on any of the online docs. 
 
(1) Path Protection(standby lsp).
(2) One to one backup. (Detour FRR).
(3) Make-before-break.
