[c-nsp] ODR Question with multiple HUBS

We have a customer running ODR between a hub and spoke.  In the near 
future we are going to insert another hub.  My understanding from the 
documentation is that ODR can handle multiple hubs as long as they are 
fully mesh(they will be).  It also indicate that in the future(after 
12.0.5XU)  ODR will be able to discriminate between routes. 

Anyone seen this in use?  How is the feature enabled?  What criteria are 
used?
