[c-nsp] show hardware email address

After doing some checking, I don't have those commands turned on in Tacacs. 
Its these types of issues I have to get used to after moving from a small 
network, were I wore all the hats, to a large global corp. network, were 
there is separation of duties. Thanks for the help.
