Does anybody know what IOS version will have support for ACL match on 
QoS marking with OSM?

There are certain restrictions regarding how you can classify traffic on 
the OSM.

Note the following:
Using the match command -Only the match ip precedence, match ip dscp, 
and match mpls experimental commands are supported. Access control lists 
and other criteria are not supported as match criteria for traffic 
classes. Please review the "configuring classification" section found 
under "Configuring QOS on the OSMs".
