It will never be supported on OSMs. You have to mark traffic to 
appropriate DSCP values with policers/set ... and use that marking to 
place traffic into queues based on the marking. The marking / 
policing uses ACLs.

The 7600-SIP-200, 7600-SIP-400, and 7600-SIP-600 can place traffic 
into queues based upon ACLs.
