[c-nsp] Multicast Bugs of Late?

I ran into a bug (CSCeh92929) in Version 12.2(25)SEB2 on the 3750 Platform
which broke AutoRP.  I actually HAD to upgrade to 12.2(25)SEC to get the
fix.  (An added bonus was the inclusion of VRFs in that version of code).
