I'm not really sure if this is such a good idea. Setting the IGP
next-hop to an HSRP address could cause loops or black-holes in some
scenarios.
If I'm being told that a given network is reachable by neighbor_A, I
want my packets towards this network to go to him, and not to anyone
else who just happens to be HSRP primary at that time.
My (albeit somewhat ignorant) take on this: This is what routing
protocols are for. If the kit in question only speaks RIP, then either
disable it and use a static default to the HSRP address. And if you're
concerned about sub-optimal paths with a default route, get some kit
supporting more advanced RP's like RIP.
