[c-nsp] software modularity in 12.2(18)SXF or not?

 I hope I can answer, just as a Cisco customer. Information I have from
Cisco is that there will not be different trains for 6500 or 7600, how ever
rockies3 will fork two different trains. Biggest difference will be
software modularity (does this imply QNX kernel, I don't know), the train
that contains software modularity will be lagging behind the other train
in features.
