[c-nsp] Router will not connect to some machines in the subnet

Sounds like a subnet mask problem. Check to make sure every host on the /23
has a 255.255.254.0 <http://255.255.254.0> mask. Check the gateway's mask
and make sure it is consistant with the 2621XM first. Then work out from
there.
