arghm.. both cards have same rev

1.
        PA Bay 0 Information:
Dual Port Fast Ethernet (RJ45), 2 ports, FRU: PA-2FE-TX=
                EEPROM format version 4
HW rev 1.00, Board revision B0
Serial number: JAExxxxxxxx Part number: 73-5419-06

2.
        PA Bay 0 Information:
Dual Port Fast Ethernet (RJ45), 2 ports, FRU: PA-2FE-TX=
                EEPROM format version 4
HW rev 1.00, Board revision B0
Serial number: JAExxxxxxxx Part number: 73-5419-06

but i found third card with same revision and it works prefect on production router in 75xx VIP4-80 with 12.0(29)S

        PA Bay 1 Information:
Dual Port Fast Ethernet (RJ45), 2 ports, FRU: PA-2FE-TX=
                EEPROM format version 4
HW rev 1.00, Board revision B0
Serial number: MPCxxxxxxxx Part number: 73-5419-06

  5 minute input rate 10103000 bits/sec, 4586 packets/sec
  5 minute output rate 16096000 bits/sec, 5694 packets/sec

  5 minute input rate 7217000 bits/sec, 2775 packets/sec
  5 minute output rate 4481000 bits/sec, 1798 packets/sec

where
        PA Bay 0 Information:
                Fast-Ethernet PA, 1 ports, 100BaseTX-ISL, FRU: PA-FE-TX=
                EEPROM format version 1
HW rev 1.00, Board revision A0
Serial number: xxxxxxxx Part number: 73-1688-04

  5 minute input rate 21397000 bits/sec, 10454 packets/sec
  5 minute output rate 20128000 bits/sec, 10522 packets/sec

already tryed my "broken" cards in bay 1 with empty bay 0 (12.0(29)S), but
with no success. i think need to find one PA-FE-TX=

ps. MPC vs JAE serial numbers. :(
