This could be significant.

My "known bad" card is:

                HW rev 1.00, Board revision B0
                Serial number: JAE064006VR  Part number: 73-5419-06 

also a JAE* serial number.

The other "known bad" card we have is currently not in use, so I can't
check the serial number before monday.
