That's about right for them.. (unfortunately)... They are not very
powerful at all....
I seem to recall either the Soho91 OR the Cisco 806's are 10 meg HALF
duplex on the port which becomes a factor as well..

Subject: [c-nsp] SOHO91 on cable
All,
I have a SOHO91 in Brussels running straightforward NAT, and users have
complained they can't get more than 3-4 megabits of single-TCP stream
traffic through the router.
We've tested the cable modem by plugging another device in to it, and we
can get 15Mb/sec of throughput. The SOHO90 series boxes only have
10Mbps Ethernet interfaces, so I'm not hoping for much - but 4Mb seems a
bit low for hitting some kind of limit.
Has anyone managed to push more thanthis through a SOHO90? If not,
should I be looking at upgrading to an 851?
Peter.
