Hi Randy

What benefit do you see by using this feature? It's not a huge problem but
sometime we have to 'bounce' PVCs, remove then add, when DSL subscriber
modems won't connect to us. I was wondering if something like this would
help.

We do on our 10k. SPVC's through our lucent concentrators don't support it
but PVC's do. On one chassis we have approx 8000 interfaces, of those ~2000
have it enabled. timers are set to default. All of our other 10k chassis
have slightly lower numbers.

Works great.

Randy
