[c-nsp] 28xx and a DS3

At one end I have a Cisco 7206, so that's plenty of horsepower.  The 
other end is going to a 2924XL switch, which is used to insert VLAN tags 
from various servers and routers.  (The T3SU preserves 802.1Q VLAN tags 
just fine.)

I doubt you could get line rate out of a 2811, especially with 
encryption, but you can spend all that money you've saved on DS3 
interface cards to purchase faster routers.
