[c-nsp] Double authentication on terminal server

Hello,

 

when I am on a terminal server (3620 with NM-16A), and I do a telnet to port
(2000+port number), a double authentication happens: as I understand it, I
first have to authenticate to get *out* of the TS, and then I am on the
console cable and I can authenticate into the target device.

 

This behaviour started when we activated TACACS on the TS.

 

Is there any way to skip the first authentication, which is IMHO quite
useless?
