[c-nsp] load balancing on downlinks

Hi,

Is it possible to do load balancing on two parallel downlinks from different
carriers X and Y?

The two links are unequal in capacity. We are using the smaller link, X,
purely for http (and ftp soon) traffic using transparent proxy.We are using
the bigger link, Y, for all other traffic (VPNs, mail  etc). We have BGP
peering with Y only.

If it is possible, how do I do this?
