[c-nsp] Interface tracking with VLANs

Howdy,

I've got a setup that looks something like this

   Head Office
     |
    3560 -----
     | |
     | |
   QoS Box |
     | |
     | |
   1841________
     |
   Private WAN

Now Default path is normally through the QoS box and backup path
should be direct. The 1841 is sorted I've got it using object tracking
and tracked routes. But the 3560 doesn't support them.

Is there anyway I can detect QoS failure on the 3560? Even just
interface failure would be fine but I can't get the vlan interface on
the 3560 to track the phsical interface.

I could do BGP multihop but that seems like massive overkill. Will a
virtual OSPF link across the 3560 do what I'm after?

My last resort is to run an OSPF daemon on the QoS box but I'm trying
to avoid that.

Cheers,
