[c-nsp] Troubleshooting bad OSPF routes

Hello,

 

does anybody know how to troubleshoot bad OSPF routes ?

 

I have a situation where router A knows a certain route via router B, and B
knows it via A.

 

I already cleared the OSPF process on both without success.

 

On CCO, I have found a document called "Troubleshooting OSPF" (document ID
12151), but that specific case is not covered.
