There is no file number 1 on disk0:, so it looks like someone may have 
deleted a file from the flash disk, but there's no way to tell what it 
was.

You should be able to either upload the correct IOS image to the flash 
disk, or temporarily move the disk to another router that has a copy of 
the image you want, copy it onto the disk you just installed, then pop it 
back into the original router.
