[c-nsp] Can't Find IOS Image on 7200 Router

IOS runs completly in memory. It could be that your router booted
from disk0: and then disk0: was either swapped out with another
pcimcia card or the file was removed and replaced with the one that
you see.
In either case you cannot retrive the IOS from memory and download it.
