The image is stored in RAM so you can add/remove/change flash cards as well
as upgrade IOS while the router is running. When did you last reboot ?
Unfortunately, it doesn't appear the date is correct or holding but if you
do a show clock for the current date/time the router *thinks* it is you may
be able to figure out when something changed. Assuming you have local
access, you may want to make some config backups and issue a reload and see
what everything looks like afterwards. Be prepared in case it does not come
back up properly. (Have IOS, TFTP Server, spare flash, etc handy.]
