	I would second these symptoms. In my experience, if some of the cells were 
dropped in the cloud, you should see some CRC errors on the other side (in 
heavily oversubscribed links). Are you seeing any of these?

	In any case, try lowering down shaping settings on both ends and see what 
happens.
