[c-nsp] Microflow policing in sup32 12.2(33)SRA

Is anyone doing microflow policing in 12.2(33)SRA on sup32 or sup720?  
It won't really work for me, and it would be good to know if I'm  
doing something wrong or if there is something in SRA preventing me  
from succeeding.
