[c-nsp] Replace PS in 7200

Thanks Gert and Robert,

a side question: how often is updated the output of 'sh env all'? I have the
feeling it is not immediate. And there is this confusing message about "Envm
stats saved 16992 time(s) since reload" - is this related?
