Actually it is:

ip prefix-list CUSTOMER_A seq 10 permit 10.11.0.0/16
ip prefix-list CUSTOMER_A seq 11 permit 10.11.<specific>.0/24

please don't accept "just any unaggregated garbage" from customers.
