[c-nsp] Device Not ready on Slot0 and disk0

Hi guys,

I have the following error When i try to copy a new image to the disk

copy tftp: disk0 Loading c7200-pk9u2-mz.124-8a.bin from xx.xx.xx.xx (via
FastEthernet0/0): !
%Error opening slot0:disk0 (Device not ready)

copy tf slot0
Loading c7200-pk9u2-mz.124-8a.bin from xx.xx.xx.xx(via FastEthernet0/0): !
%Error opening slot0:slot0 (Device not ready)

I cannot access the slot.
sh slot0
Open device slot0 failed (Device not ready)

This is the show disk and the sh ver. Whats wrong, whats happen??
