[c-nsp] Device Not ready on Slot0 and disk0

Note your the lack of a colon after "disk0". The box is trying to write to 
slot0: (the default) using a filename "disk0", instead of "disk0:" the 
device.

Use "copy tftp: disk0:" etc etc.
