[c-nsp] %DTP-7 messages

Hi,

Hoping for some help here.  We've been seeing the following messages on 
our switch:

%DTP-7-PORTLINKDOWN:Port 4/14 Link down
%DTP-7-PORTLINKUP:Port 4/14 Link up 

WS-C5500 Software, Version McpSW: 5.5(20) NmpSW: 5.5(20)
Copyright (c) 1995-2004 by Cisco Systems
NMP S/W compiled on Jun  4 2004, 18:35:26
MCP S/W compiled on Jun 04 2004, 18:31:39

System Bootstrap Version: 5.1(2)

Hardware Version: 1.3  Model: WS-C5500 

The messages rotate for ports across the 11 5012 line cards and 1 5012a 
line card.  Each time an down/up message occurs, the client on the port 
loses its connection for a few seconds.

Has anyone else dealt with these messages?  Cisco TAC recommended 
reseating all the cards, including sup, but this did nothing.  Any help 
would be appreciated.
