[c-nsp] Part # for 6509 NEBS high-speed fan tray

I have an upgraded high-speed fan tray failing on a Sup720 6509 NEBS chassis 
(WS-C6509-NEB). The TAC engineer sent out a high-speed fan-tray 
(WS-C6K-9SLOT-FAN2=) for a 6509 chassis that doesn't fit. Is the RMA part # 
for the 6509 NEBS high-speed fan-tray really WS-6509-NEB-UPGRD=?

The idprom won't report a part # for the upgraded high-speed fan-tray either.

    (no IDPROM image for that FRU.)

No problems on a 7609 chassis.
