[c-nsp] MLPPP not working

I hhave two T1's  and  have added MLPPP to routers on both sides and cannot
seem to bond.
I have removed one of the T1s so i could remotely connect to far side, and
work on adding one t1 to MLPPP but cannot get it to work.
Here is output, any help would be appreciated.
This is a Cisco 2620 with IOS c2600-i-mz.123-20
The near end is a 7206 VXR with IOS: c7200-ik91s-mz.122-25.S7
