[c-nsp] VPN Device

under 4K would be nice for a ebay version... really would like somthing 
around 1K or less but doubt i'll find somthing like that if it's from cisco.

Right now i need somthing to support 5 users, but i would like it to support 
10-20 if possible.

I saw issues with the 2621 where you could only push a small amount of 
traffic through the unit, if i remember correctly it was like maybe 
20mbit... i want to say it was even lower than that.  It's been a while.  I 
would like for the unit to push the full speed of a 100mbit line but i know 
with encryption on a small unit that it may be limited.  Even 50mbit would 
be nice...

As far as i know the unit was just using normal fastethernet modules.
