[c-nsp] find the IP packets with TOS changed by policing

I was wondering if there is an easy way of finding more information (actually selective sniffing would help a lot) about the "IP 
packets with TOS changed by policing". Any idea?

   Policy marking depends on port_trust
   QoS ip packet dscp rewrite enabled globally
   Input mode for GRE Tunnel is Pipe mode
   Input mode for MPLS is Pipe mode
