[c-nsp] sup720- packet losses to directly connected interfaces

Are these Sup720-3B or Sup720-3BXL?  Definitely need to specify that
before going any further.

The 'full BGP table' comment immediately throws up a red flag to ask
that, as the 3B only has the capacity for a max of 256,000 IPv4
routes.  You need the 3BXL for greater than that (listed capacity of 1
million IPv4 routes).

My full table peering boxes as of right now have almost 209,000 routes
in them, so with that plus anything else you may have going on, you
could very well be pushing the limits of your boxes' capabilities.
