[c-nsp] SFP & GBIC module compatibility

On latest software upgrade HP disable "non-genuine SFP". They think is 
some sort of printer ink and you must buy "genuine".
Cisco, in recent software, allow you to use third party SFP but you must 
type:

service unsupported-transciever
no errdisable detect cause gbic-invalid

... and be prepared for a long warning witch inform you that from now on 
you are responsible for every bad thing in the world: global warming, 
icecap melting, etc. Unfortunately not always genuine SFP & GBIC are 
available, for instance DWDM SFP and GBIC (single strand).
