[c-nsp] CNS Configuration Engine SDK

Does anyone know where I can find this SDK?  I see it mentioned in a lot 
of places on Cisco's website, but I can't find the SDK.  If anyone has 
it or knows where to find it, I would appreciate it.  I'm specifically 
trying to figure out how to craft the XML for configuration files.  If 
you're not familiar, CNS Configuration Engine is a very elegant way of 
centralizing configuration and management of Cisco devices.
