[c-nsp] SNMP Fabric 6500?

On CatOS/8.4 I pool these OIDs:

In:  1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.217.1.3.1.1.6.X.Y
Out: 1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.217.1.3.1.1.7.X.Y

X: slot number
Y: channel number (0,1)

There are actual values like 'show traffic' output.
