[c-nsp] SNMP Fabric 6500?

You can SNMP poll each fabric channel for both
ingress and egress. (ingress is from the linecard
into the fabric, egress is from the fabric out to
the linecard). Note that the CLI numbers the
fabric channels 0 and 1 but with SNMP, fabric
channels are numbered 1 and 2 prior to
12.2(18)SXE. In 12.2(18)SXE and later, the
channel ID numbering was brought in line with CLI.
The SNMP OIDs are from the CISCO-CAT6K-CROSSBAR-MIB:
Input fabric channel utilization:
1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.217.1.3.1.1.6.<mod#>.<channel#>
Output fabric channel utilization:
1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.217.1.3.1.1.7.<mod#>.<channel#>
