[c-nsp] Which IOS support IPv6 !!

IPv6 is in the Base L2 only images for the 3560/3750 now. This allows
management via IPv6 just like IPv4. But Advanced IP is required for L3
services. On IOS routers, a Plus / IP Services image is required to support
IPv6. Most are going to need the Plus / IP Services on a router anyway.
