[c-nsp] Reference for what causes process switched packets?

Does anyone know of a good reference for what IOS features cause traffic
to be process switched?  I'm specifically looking at 2 features - IP
Accounting and time-based ACL's.  Documentation I've found shows that IP
Accounting causes traffic on 7K's to be switched by the RSP's, but haven't
found any details on other platforms.
