BFD is super-cool... But to be really useful, it needs to be
supported on just about all platforms and WAN (non-E) interfaces.
Also, if HSRP and GLBP could be 'BFD-enabled' ('BFD clients'?),
that would be extremely useful. Static routes would also be neat.
