I have this into my pix
fixup protocol sqlnet 1521
name a.a.a.a ORACLE
static (dmz-app-server,outside) b.b.b.b 192.168.10.5 netmask 255.255.255.2550 0
access-list outside_access_in permit tcp any host b.b.b.b eq sqlnet
